A:Introduction:

DVD
box
Packup
Machine
JNX500
is
working
together
with
the
JNX200A
DVD
Auto
welding
machine.
This
machine
can
packup
the
dvd
cases
into
pcs/pack
after
the
welding
machine
weld
the
sleeves
automatically.
pack
qty
can
be
DIY
upto
50
PCs.
the
JNX500
is
controlled
by
PLC,Working
Stably.all
control
port
at
I/O
page,can
easily
discover
the
problem.
The
Conveyer
Belt
Electronic
machine
speed
is
adjustable.
Can
work
smoothly
with
the
welding
machine
welding
speed.
the
Packup
machine
work
with
220V
and
50HZ
need
the
air
pressure
@
0.6Mpa.

installation.
Install
the
machine
into
the
welding
machine
box
recieving
body.(see
the
pic).remove
the
small
box
of
the
welding
machine,
install
the
box
packup
machine
in
the
place
where
we
had
installed
the
small
body
of
the
welding
machine.make
the
packer
horizontal
then
conect
the
packer
and
the
welding
machine
use
4
screw
(6*100).
D:how
to
use.
1 :add
the
200V
and
50
HZ
Single
phase
electronics
and
also
the
air
pressure
0.6Mpa
and
then
start
the
machine.
unpress
the
emurgency
botton
then
can
start
the
machine.touch
the
(auto)
botton
in
the
control
penal,
then
the
machine
start
working
automatically.
if
the
box
storage
don't
have
box
feeding.the
conveyer
belt
will
working
but
the
cylinders
will
not
working.
once
add
the
cases,
then
the
cylinders
start
working.
2:different
thickness
packing.
JNX500
Packup
machine
can
use
to
packup
the
dvd
box
from
5mm
to
15mm.
to
change
the
pack
up
thickness
just
change
the
right
board
will
be
ok.
the
standard
spare
board
is
7mm
dvd
case,9mm
dvd
case
and
14mm
dvd
case.
if
have
others,
pls
make
a
special
order
from
us.
E:lubrication
the
Cylinder
and
Magnetic
Valve
Lubrcate
controlled
by
the
oil
mister.the
valum
for
spending
the
oil
is
controlled
by
the
screw
from
the
oil
mister.normally
set
from
0-1.the
oil
is
using
32#
Turping
oil.
have
to
ensure
the
oil
tank
have
oil.
the
lubrication
for
the
bearings,
need
1
time
each
time
before
using
the
machine
.cannot
too
much.
just
have
oil
in
the
surface
of
the
bearings
will
be
